A rare case of ciliated foregut cyst of gall bladder

چکیده

The ciliated cysts are a rare congenital lesion developed from the primitive anterior intestine. essentially supra-diaphragmatic and located in bronchial tree, esophagus, mediastinum sublingual. When cyst is infra diaphragmatic, it’s usually liver especially medial segments (IV, V, VIII). It can be pancreas as well. It’s location gall bladder exceptional. Many times incidental finding. Cystic gallbladder needs to operated for symptomatic relief well histopathological diagnosis.
